How do you get the head to merge onto the body?
When I do it, it becomes a spaghetti mess even though I did it like you do it in source 1 sfm

sorry I didn't see this discussion, you need to drag the Gordon Freeman body on the the head to lock it, but then unlock the the face and the unknown tab on the head model, then use the zero slider like normal on the body and arms tab.
