That sounds like a great idea! I've already begun looking into making sprites for it. Although I think I might have to make them separate mods not only because of clutter but also to give people options if they want just one, the other, or both.

My only suggestion is making the Perception blocking mask E.G.O gift. The fact it's not obtainable in the vanilla game in any way is a sin
