Can you make a trait that makes your character gain more boredom fastly?

I also thought about such mod adding positive and negative trait about boredom.
Positive trait could vastly reduce boredom gain/growth
Negative trait could double the boredom growth.
With this mod tweaked boredom it would be cool to also have possibility to pick one of the two traits.
