maybe, as it makes the minimum moving and manipulation something like 30% so that even normally immobile pawns can fight, but nothing for consciousness.

My best bet is when you get the war-casket trait it give's a pawn health effect giving 80% consciousnesses, but maybe only on the high end war-casket's as the war-caskets themed to be early stage of power armour. But that's just off top of my head , no idea how that would actually work and all lol
