Check all Warehouse guys, it will spawn in Black warehouse on map with rare rate, i have 3 of it after loot all Raven Creek warehouse

i cant uploading the image here but not an error, just it rare check all warehouse u come not in police station or millitary check, remember
- Reloading tool - Police staion, military check
- Lead burner - warehouse or Garares

With my loot settings, that will take forever then. But thanks for letting us know!

This mod has its own spawn rate because it does not have a separate rarity adjustment option, it's just up to your luck
