For the Holosphere to "expand" your (correct) comment:
Check the tooltips of the special UI that the planetary decision and the deposit descriptions show, they tell you everything you need to know!

You must create Nanite worlds first OR colonise artificial planets (like habitats, or modded selfmade planets).

How do you create nanite worlds? I know you can set the bombardment stance to Nanite but I can't use it on my own planets and even with terraforming unlocked there are no planetary decisions or terraforming options to make nanite worlds.

Are you playing with planet mods? You can terraform normal habitable worlds from Vanilla into Nanite planets after researching terraforming :)

You have to add the mod to a playset in the launcher.

How do i unlock more of the other ships as the Synthetic Gods race, i built that Anti Spectral thing that gives me red matter and dark matter but i am not seeing anything that lets me progress as the crisis, do i need to wait or am i missing something

You have to research and unlock the perks in the UI of the edict. You can read the tooltips of the cyan-colored concepts in the origin description (hover over the text).

You cant right now, 4.0 broke it and I had to fix many other things first. Limited time is my biggest enemy here, but it will come back :D
