Just had a question about this, i built the whole anti spectral thing and im just wondering how im supposed to go down the crisis path, is there an event im supposed to wait for or is there something i have to do first?

You have to research and unlock the perks in the UI of the edict. You can read the tooltips of the cyan-colored concepts in the origin description (hover over the text).

I got that, and ive reached the endtime ship, im more or less asking how im suppose to unlock the part when i become the crisis itself

Right now you have to declare war yourself, however this will soon be automated.
