Thank you, seems like I forgot to change "empty_block" to "question_block" as the diff value hahahaha. Will be pushing the fix in the next small update.
Sent a friend request so we can have this discussion where I can troubleshoot faster. Hope to figure it out.
Edit: scratch that, had to download my mod to see that my art for the "Fire Flower" was still labeled "fire_flower" instead of "flower". Pushing an update to fix this now.
Basically bowser breaks question mark block, Toad refills it and not block gets activated, and then bowser breaks it again repeating the cycle.

Ironically, thats not a bug, but an oversight! Thanks for reporting this, will probably remove Bowser (king_koopa) from interacting with Empty_block because thats whats causing the loop or see to have a one time effect per spin.
Loop is as such:
Question mark block transforms into Empty Block when adjacent to King Koopa. King Koopa destroys Empty Block. Empty block while adjacent to toad transforms into question mark block.
Since the game loves to read from left column top-down, toad has the priority here with the empty block, which I did not catch while testing.
Will get to posting a fix within the week.
The symbol rarity such as Toad(Uncommon) and Bowser(Very Rare) and all other symbols in the mod do not have any set spawn rates to appear besides what the game naturally has at what level of progression the player has. So to say, the youtuber was probably cursed by rng. I do not have plans to add any modifiers to make the symbols to appear more commonly over other symbols unless it is by a specific item similar to adoption papers or lunchbox. Thank you for the concern though!
(Update: Found out the problem. Another mod that I also downloaded, Called Vanilla B Gone, removes the icons of the turtle and the flower. Trying to see if I can fiddle around with it)
