STATS
i think you could like, make it so like you get like to see like um spies that are like um, cloaked and amybe the downside should be like umm you can't see um, like disguised spies with it what guys think

No. Sorry, but then the cloak would be ruined. The Engineer shouldn't be able to see cloaked spies, as to the fact they are almost always cloaked. That is really overpowered and I don't think it would work very well. (Just my opinion)

Guys guys, I was just trying to be that "ONE GUY" who comments on miscs saying what their stats are, like seriously. People ALWAYS DO THIS to miscs that look like they actually do something.

Yeah, it is a cosmetic guys. But if we were going to make it a weapon, just make it a Re-skin of the Construction PDA. And insted of having the stats for your Sentry, Dispencer, and Breadmaker, I mean Teleporter, on the top right of your screen, put it at the bottom. Maybe give it some color, and boom. You've got a Reskin :D

if it did do something though, it should let you give ammo to your sentry with the Rescue Ranger, but lower you health by 10

This would be completly useless, not everybody has the rescue ranger

Therefore you only get bad stats

It could atleast change the HUD, like Pyrovision changes some maps and props, but... cosmetics with stats? What the hell?...
