I just added woodcutting
Some logical/fitting suggestions: drinking sounds replaced by the potion sound, dropping items and picking up items (are there even dropping sounds? Can't remember). The older Runescape version of levelling up as an alternative to the current one could be good too. Adding the cooking sound to a meal being completed (unsure if that is even possible). Firemaking sound for Smoking.
Potentially even a toggle to enable/disable certain sounds as the mod evolves in case someone doesn't like something.
A lot of these are great ideas! I just added drinking sounds, made some changes to the level up sounds (they're the actual skill level up jingles whereas before it was using the quest complete jingles).
I would pay big money to see an OSRS total conversion mod of some kind be implemented into the game. Maybe you could reach out to broface, the guy who made the skill drop system, if you wanted to entertain that idea.
Last but not least, you probably already know, but here is the audio file archives.

I will be following your progress with great anticipation.
