How about some sort of all terrain traveler. A traditionally fast flyer, that also runs fast on land, and can also swim fast.

That's already coming to the vanilla game later this year. Pretty sure if they add it to this mod, it will start conflicting to the base game.

Gorgosaurus is coming next update with some other ones, which will look a lot like Alberto

so, for the laby, the roar animation could be used for the noxious gas attack. i suggest this because it makes more sense seeing as the current animation for that move is a slap which doesn't make a whole lotta sense. that's just my two cents though. the slap animation could be used as either a gathering only animation, or just a small knock back. or it could be scrapped all together. obviously this is strictly a suggestion

The roar wouldn't make much sense either. This is a store bought model and when I give laby a tlc I wanna give em some new animations too

Not a suggestion for a new creature but I was wondering if theres any way to make the passive generation of Poly of the Laby be compatible with mods that collect passive generated things? Like the Animal tender collects the Poly and Snail Paste from Achatinas over time :) So I wonder if theres any way to make those compatible in any way.
