If that mod changes the body geometry, then it won't be compatible. When I posted this there weren't any other body shape mods, so i am happy to see more now. The game doesn't really allow to pick a different base mesh, so there needs to be a mod that lets you pick your character shape, and spawn zombies with random body sizes. That would be pretty cool, could have all shape and size zombies, with different amount of damage, like a big burly lumberjack zombie and stuff. I think it's probably doable but I got too busy with the dayjob

The vanilla miniskirt and a lot of clothing items from Brita's armor pack have clipping issues
