I tried my first campaign in Rome Retrofit as the Romans, and I conquered several cities in Greece. The problem is that I am used to the system of vanilla BI, where if a neighboring region has been captured by your faction, this would contribute 5% to the conversion of any other neighboring regions. In this mod, I have Apollonia and Thermon both captured by me, yet in the "neighboring regions" section of both of these cities, the statistics is 0%.

So do I have to garrison the cities with a stack of 5-6 generals to convert each city, and so each city have a neighboring region effect when my faction's religion reaches majority in that city?
