Update
There will be an update later that adds a policy description. So that no more _desc is shown when you go over the policy with the mousecourser.

⚠️⚠️I will customize the hive jobs soon. Since e.g. the coordinator does not produce influence & probably also 1-2 other jobs must be updated ⚠️⚠️

I fixed the hives & adjusted the weights of the jobs. Since more was changed than I first noticed.

Also added a little description for the politics so no more _desc is shown when you cursor over the policie.

Soldiers now give -5 crime & +1 stability as in the main mod.
