Sometimes auto sweepers try again and again and again to fill the containers by picking things up and not actually filling the containers, lagging the game to a crawl. Disabling all items from the container and disabling the partition doesn't fix that behavior, one have to deconstruct the storage and build again.
Disabled all mods and the issue was fixed, disabled all but this mod and the issue persisted.
