why dosn't work?

Well, there can be some different causes, so could you describe your case?
1. Did the config directory appear when launched? If not, something prevents this mod from being loaded.
2. Do you have Craftopia Mod Loader [BepInEx]? Note that, all of your subscriptions were cancelled when the Seamless Update was released.
3. Do you have BepInEx Updated? If you had it before the Seamless Update, you also have to re-subscribe to it again.

Could you check them all?

In addition, the last update on Aug 21st contains huge numbers of untranslated terms (even to English) and display bugs. If you have succeeded in installing this mod and find tiny numbers of German words in the game, it could be due to that update.
