Why is that? Does this have anything to do with the exclusivity and the high prices of the ak skins that have the glowing sigth?
its against skins tos, they do not allot "pay 2 win skins" anymore
-facepalm- It has nothing to do with that, in fact they're so expensive BECAUSE of the rust skin creator approval ban by FP on glow sights after they realized it was a problem -- this increased their rarity. It was unintentional to allow glow sights in the first place.
They still exist only because at the time people bought them before FP realized the p2w aspect / revised their rust skin creator TOS to disallow new glow sight skins (non-retroactive tos); I believe Steam didn't (and maybe still doesn't) have refund functionality for item store objects or some other limitation by Steam's policy. Otherwise FP would've put in a request with Steam to pull / delete all glow sight skins from everyone's accounts and issue refunds.
