Were there times that there weren't zombies on the screen but it was still dragging? I have a feeling it might be the dynamic stuff in the map causing that.

Basicly the whole way over around 10 minutes into the map , but i have to continue from chapter 3 since the campaign is so long so ill be more precise next time.
Double check that the campaign is enabled. If it is, make sure there's no major conflicts going on.
(I checked real quick and I get the results you describe if I disable the campaign in the addon menu)

Here's the thing for reference:

MissionManager: Mission file "missions/drmalroysabsolution.txt" is malformed, failed to parse.

It seems that it happens in whole holdout events (I think it is three times) in this chapter.
However, it didn`t happen in random holdout and any other chapters.
(If surviors kill all infected as soon as possible the holdout event start,they will not have lag issue.)

Yikes. Is that on a local server?
witches are broken and show up as errors, don't trigger and instead loop the witch spook music till the next chapter.
managed to get past inertia device and get to the chapter that looks like weepers keep but the game crashed with a model util not precached error.
