he takes the hole then flips it around then throws it in the air then when he catches it he stabs in front of him.

An alternate version of the fencing kill taunt.
So maybe it has a different animation that only does one hit (unlike normal Fencing) but comes out slower or something.

I got idea !
Spy doing knife up (like backstab) and stabs doing 500 damage. Can stab to face :D

Ooh. I've got a better idea with the hole-related taunt. He twirls it around with the hole then says something exclusive to this taunt (I like how most, if not all, taunts have their own exclusive response(s)) before thrusting it (in an upward curve) into the victim's chest, stunning him, then quickly finishes the curve, killing him, and finally closes the knife with the blade out. Any thoughts on what he could say?
