I ran a test, I disabled all my Workshop addons except this (obviously), my playermodel and Da Cool Cow's Menu (to enable God Mode) and it fixed the lag and audio issues I had before. Now to figure out which specific addon it is, if any. Would be worth trying that, at least.

It seems tied to the sound at least for me, when my fps was getting messed up I just snd_restart and I regained fps and fixed my sound disappearing.

After the 'final room' I used snd_restart and I now have good fps. Maybe this is insightful or not but I assume any information might help.

This helped me out so much! So for some reason the annabelle dropped by the grigori a bit of the way into the map just broke audio then when the manhacks spawn in the boss sequence the audio just dies and the fps drops.

@Chopper, did you know anything to reduce the lag of your map?
