Respawn option not showing up.
Option to respawn is not showing up on character creation, and there is no Respawn Lua options, how does one activate this more on multiplayer?

Works for me in Single Player, but not in Multiplayer (via basic Host option), no other mods installed.

Update: Works for me now. It had to be enabled in both Workshop and Mods server settings (I had it selected in only Mods)
