报告翻译问题
You probably used save-load on the mission where this happened. I also noticed this bug. Just don't use this ability if you had to use save-load for some reason on a mission.
Maybe you know a way to reload a skill at the start of a mission? The mission has just begun, and the skill is already on cooldown.
It would help to bypass this bug. I could make the call for reinforcements only 1 time (1 charge per mission). Called up to 2 soldiers. But had Cooldown 5 (or some other) at the start of the mission.
Then the player would never have called the soldiers 2nd time, which means that this bug with a duplicate call of the same soldier would never have happened.
