i have found one in two places one at the front entrence to the radar complex (the little road block) on the side of the road and another at the airbase in the parking lot it seems to spawn anywhere russian mil vics do which higher chances around BTR spawns

as for purpose its fast and extremely well armored it also as of recent gets access to smoke launchers personally i dont use it but its basically impossible to kill without explosives
