Patch Notes:
- Changed max level of Exercise skill to be 4 (requires to be levelled up manually on existing saves or the world to be reset)
- Removed the buzzer from both horde beacon types (it was a good idea on paper but I came to conclusion it does not work too well)
- Reduced Homemade Charge damage (150>125)
- Removed Copper from some ammunition crafting recipes to make them more viable
- Increased cost of crafting Frag Ammo Boxes slightly
- Added Carjack spawn to safezone
- Allowed Weapon Cases to be picked up
- Allowed MS57 to have tacticals
- Fixed M22/A to have tactical hook available
- Disabled ability to scrap vanilla car batteries (as a temporary measure because they are able to be currently obtained on the map)
- Reduced size of Wrench Case to be 2x1 (so it's actually a compact item for wrenches)
- Reduced health of Air Filter Mine
- Added fuel caps to couple vehicles missing them
