Press armor, black armors.
For the Press set I'd say in one of the pmc spots, but idk. I have yet to see it in a server I'm in. And I have no idea where to begin to look for the black set, unless its a reward from the beacons or the keycard.

I found out the press kit drops on press zombies in the pmc zones, but I still have no idea about the black armor sets.

Black armors are obtained by painting Mk.2 vests/heavy helmets. You can get black paint blueprint after Huey's last quest.
