This might be a problem as mods do leave other files laying around even when uninstalled. Try finiding any files related to the mod and delete them.

I deleted but it dosent work :/

I'm also dealing with the same problem. Besides reinstalling the game, I uninstalled every mod but this one and it still doesn't work. About 5 months ago I had no trouble using this mod with other mods, but lately there have been some bugs. I hope the developer of this mod fixes the issue soon.

I found a solution! if you take the file (socialist reform) that wasent deleted in the files, i deleted it but restored it from the trash can, then i aded it in the democracy 3 folder, then i went to data\mods and choose new-->Document, then i typed
"[config]
name = Socialist Reform
path = SocialistReform
guiname = Socialist Reform
author = Notme
description = Hi"
And named the document "SocialReform"
I went ingame, turned on the mod and bam its there, and then there was peace on earth

I tried the first half of your suggestion and it didn't work (the second half worked at least). I don't have the file "Socialist Reform" stored anywhere on my computer. Even after repeatedly re-subscribing to this mod, no new files have been downloaded. It's kind of a shame; this was one of my favorite mods.

Dont you have it in teh trash can? If you emtied the trash can then i dunno :/

where would I find socialist reform? But also I deleted the entire game, everything from my files, then re-downloaded it, yet still didn't work
