I originally was thinking to add a reclamation mod that could strip implants out of corpses (or even plug organs/limbs back in) so they could become viable, but I liked how the former was handled by Reclaim, Reuse, Recycle and so never went there.
So how do you want to handle psylinks? They're being regarded as a foreign implant and preventing reanimation. That seems like an unintended interaction.
Androids probably need to be blocked completely because that's just weird. HAR ... is complicated. might be best to limit it for the sake of sanity.
I was thinking maybe let people reanimate corpses with implants but the implants end up being 'busted implant' and are a malus and have to be removed.
I keep edging towards some kind of thing that lets you use a surgery table to perform operations on corpses. reattach limbs, install organs etc. some real frankenstein stuff floating around up there.
if I do it right it'll dovetail with CC, but also I was thinking of other ways to reanimate. I tried that undead thralls mod but it's vastly op which is kind of fun sucking.
