I had this problem too, it looks like the mod was updated but the name of the files was not, so it looks like the same file but there are different assets causing a out of sync error.

The way I fixed it was by reuploading the mod privately so my friends can have the same file, however, the fix is temporary depending on the next update. So I hope that they fix this multiplayer bug cause the mod is really great.
