Compositable Loadouts
How to make loadouts for multiple seasons?
I want to have 3 loadouts:

1) summer (duster + cowboy hat)
2) winter (parka + tuque)
3) combat (flak vest + helmet)

and keep skin layer (pants + shirt / T-shirt ) any time. So when raid is over they should automatically change clothes from combat outfit to winter or summer.

But have really big difficulties to make it work.

So far my steps:

1) Edit loadout states > created 3 states: "winter state", "summer state", "combat state"

2) Created new tag "base 1" and added there T-shirt, then "base 2" added pants + shirt. Stats left as "any". Enable by default: yes, when "any" state is active. Assing to all pawns at "any" state.

3) Add tag "summer", added there duster + cowboy hat, stats set as "summer state".
Enable by default: yes, when "summer state" state is active. Assing to all pawns at "summer state" state.

4) Add tag "winter", added there parka + tuque, stats set as "winter state".
Enable by default: yes, when "winter state" state is active. Assing to all pawns at "winter state" state.

5) Add tag "panic", added there flak vest + helmet, stats set as "combat state".
Enable by default: yes, when "combat state" state is active. Assing to all pawns at "combat state" state.

6) Assign > Currnent loadout > select "summer state".

7) press "Satisfy Loadout Now" and... nothing happens. Pawns just walking arouud few hours in default crashlands outfit. Changing to any other states has same effect. Pressing UI "!" at corner still dont make them wear anything.

What am I doing wrong? Is it even possible to make things as I mentioned?
