Suggestions
One thing I feel that would add to this excellent mod is a Copy & Paste option and a Button or something to make a loadout with whatever the pawn has equipped and in their inventory

Suggestion: sort colonists the way they are sorted in colonist bar in the field "Mass Assign To Pawns"; currently they are sorted by name
