Doutrines are bugged they are costing 0 XP, and tank chassis dont work properly, they give the full tank like 1.10 patch, but if you need the chassis to advanced some of the URSS and the game dont work with the current tanks.

1960 and 1980 motorized trucks are the same tech (e.g same stats)

Tank chassis is currently not our priority for now because it take a lot of time to develop and either me or ratapan are still learning how to add things in the game , our main priority is to fix bugs and add new trains . But it’s written :)

Yeah it was already in the base update "Utilmate Tech Tree" , i'll try to fix it .

Doctrines price should be fixed later today.

As for the tank issue, we re added the old pre NSB tanks but did not remove the new chassis yet. New tanks work and can be added to divisions, but cannot be upgraded.
Suggested workaround would be to just make the chassis tanks obsolete and start with researching the new ones.

Which brings me to another issue: No nations has any tank techs researched at the start. We are working on something but it may take some time.

Their is an eta , but none of the mods on the workshop managed to make new tanks designer , we are currently working on it from scratch, for now tank can be research until 1945.

I started USSR, in techtree armor i have the original tech tree, not the modded tech tree,, I have all DLC, peraps tank editor do this bug, but i have test to start without "no step back" it's the same, i have reload the game files, it's the same, i have always try with only this mod.
Sry for my english not my language
