I'm playing with "they knew mod" and everytime I get bitten, sicnkess will stack forever even though there's no more infection on the wound and I use zombie infection cure from they knew mod.
Every bite is deadly for some reason, disinfecting/sleeping/eating/not moving, it doesn't matter, I always die.
