The item is seemingly simple, yet it has some complexity to it which is really neat! I would decrease the item's charge to 6, but it's a nicely designed item otherwise.

I think i was too focused on making the item "balanced", but then compared to something like guppy's tail which gives chests constantly and players don't think that's op. so now charge is 6! (and some other changes )
