Could you elaborate please? What would cause a wild dino to faint?

i used the pet to sleep option on my dinos before turning off my server, upon going back to play later the wake up option wouldnt work? i just hopped back to a previous backup but figured id report in case this could be an issue?

This has just happened to me as well. Please fix this bug in an upcoming patch. However there is a "quick" ingame fix until this is updated, cryopod your dino, summon, cryopod again, and summon again to give them cryosickness and they will wake up from that.

Alright i haven't found the cause yet, but a simpler/quicker alternative to cryosickness: just punch them. Any damage will wake them up.

That has to be the most hilarious bug fix since I saw one of an animal pooping unsticking it from an animation. It's not even imerssion breaking. "Hey. Wake up. WAKE UP! IT'S AN EMERGENCY!" *Finally has to resort to wacking creature friend.*

Now for what I came here for. Are there some mods that break this one or is there a spesific load order? Because for some reason my game is just acting like this mod was never installed. It worked previously but now it doesn't. Do I need to download the mod or something?

Should be completely stackable. It's possible that other mods which mess with sleeping stuff could interfere, but I don't know of any.

Standard process for issues like that: 1. Unsubscribe. 2. Ensure mod folder is gone, if not, delete it. 3 Resubscribe.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll triple check that its not an issue my end, but the currently released version does work fine on my server.

Hey, I'm having the previously mentioned issue. To add info, I pet a pregnant Direwolf to sleep to make sure it stayed put, and now it won't wake up. I have friendly fire off and no cryopods, so we are gonna see soon if giving birth wakes her up!
Edit: My Dino did not wake up, on to building a cryopod for me, then

Hmmm now neither cryopodding nor punching them in the face will wake my turtle up. Playing SP on The Island. I do have Kraken's Better Dinos in stalled but it only adds a buff to the vanilla Carbonemys so as far as I know it shouldn't interfere. I still love this mod and I don't think I can play without it so I hope the bugs get ironed out. :D

@Dovah.Queen do you have friendly fire off as well? Still trying to sort that bug out, and my modding time has been far more constrained than normal lately.

Actually the punching did eventually work. I had to cryo/uncryo i think 5-6 times and switch back and forth between the two sleep settings. But eventually I was able to punch her awake lol. Not sure what the hangup was but it's all good now. I just have to remember to wake any sleeping dinos before signing off.

Fear Shortening does not seem to be working, visually or in effect
