I say for stats , it be +50% 'firing speed' (lighter {PVC} hence faster)
+25% building speed
-25 % (since it doesnt resemble metal pumbling put PVC)

Also maybe adding a stat of which requires more metal use per building

why is every stat on this page practically those of the jag?

+Can build up to 5 platforms on the water
+You can put buildings on the platforms.
+You can't drown in the water
+Move 30% faster in the water
+Can build pools, which are about as big as a control point and are filled with water. Can't build them near spawn, and people have to press a button (Lets just say the P button for now) To enter and exit them, or they can jump in and out of them.
-30% slower build rate

You could probably leave the name as is, I think it's a clever play on words. If a new name is an absolute requirement though, here's one that I've come up with

"The Labour Union Shock"

Stats:
+25 metal on reserve
50% more effective on other friendly buildings (upgrade / repair faster, remove sappers in just one hit,)
50% less metal cost on other friendly buildings

No random crits
-25 health
25% fire vurnerabilty



Should probably take atleast one pro and one con off incase this weapon is considered too complex, but that's your call.
