Im having massives fps drops using the mod in conjunction with the fargos mod, in a specific situation, when the inventory is full and theres another item in the ground that u cant pick up, when u step infront of the item u get the lag spike , some ways it doesnt work , like cutting wood with the full inventory, but it happens with enemy drops, fishing drops, or looting bag drops
