Sure the damage and hit is ok. But build rate? LOL. That wouldn't even be a second faster xD. Hell, the jag only does 1 sec faster.
And walkspeed? He already goes slow enough and needs to get where he's going fast enough so he can help him team faster.

Love those stats, would def use, wouldnt be used competitively though. Engi Melee is mainly for taking out spies and the regular wrench can do that in two hits already.
