Make is deal no damage, require metal for repairing, and upgrade instantly, and lose all ammo on upgrade (but sentry is stronger but more vulnerable)

That's pretty underpowered cause to upgrade a nest it would take hours....Also the senty things so op that this wep would be a worst version of the gunslinger .I'll sugest :

50 % less firing speed
Upgrade the sentry twice faster
That way it would upgrade sentry much faster and also would make it balanced cause of the slower cadency making it a bad melee weapon.

Pros:
Repairing your buildings and causing damage to enemies charges Elbow Grease
1% for every 100 damage repaired, and 24% for every 100 damage done to enemies or their buildings.
Cons: +15% metal used for repairing AND constructing
-10% swing speed
Random crits become mini-crits
Elbow Grease is activated with a right click while holding the Classic Wrench and the wrench mini-crits enemies, crits spies with sappers currently on one or more of your buildings, and when you repair it doesn't cost ammo for 15 seconds or so.

BurningBread, your Idea is insanely unbalanced. This wrench makes a nest, impossible to get rid of, for spies. Uber-Soldiers/Demoman are ♥♥♥♥ now if you keep repairing it. My Ideas:


Pros: 50 Max Metal on Wearer
20 more Metal added to buildings on hit
(I like the Elbow Greese thing)
10% More Sentry Damage

Cons: 15% slower swing speed
10% Less Melee Damage
+20% vulnerability (Sorry not insanely good at spelling) to fire.
Sentry fires 10% slower

If it's unbalanced, sorry, not too good at this, for a name, I was thinking

My idea for stats

+50 metal capacity
+50 faster build time
+30 fire damage
No random critical hits

-Any buffs from having a level 3 building are removed when said building is destroyed
