Apparently the improvised silencer + VFE patch mod is the one causing the spas and new weapon 3D model to be invisible when held.

well some others and I have already let the author of improvised silencer mod know about the VFE update and he's been active lately so don't worry Im sure there's a patch in the works already

Yes, the mod author has acknowledged this issue and will be releasing a patch at best by this sunday or monday. They're quite busy but are working on it.

Patched, was an error on my end with the new naming of some of the weapons. Let me know if there is any issues.
