[Bug] Sofia stuck face down.
So while fighting a giant, Sofia was launched into oblivion and when she came back down she was stuck like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBCt7CGdn40

Maybe "loading" can help you (eg. quick travel on you map or enter a dungeon ... ). If not the then try a full reset (see description).

Btw. Sophia is an "essential" follower. That means she can't permananently die.

I've noticed, I just thought it was strange she got stuck in this position when getting hit by a giant.
