POW Laws
Release to Nation: Increases Non-Core Birth Rate
Work Camps: Increase Factory output but decreases Stability every week
Intergrate into Country: Increases Core-Birth Rate

Refugee Laws:
Full Care: More Birth rate but less Stability or more consumer goods
Limited Refugees: More Birth Rate but less debuffs then Full Care
No Refugees: Less Birthrate but less consumer goods

These are just suggestions i thought of and thought maybe it would be fun to add.
