I feel that the "office" like portion of the map is rather blank, and could use some computers and moniters, or some newspapers or something along those lines to make it less bland.

Props props and more props.

Add a few more props as well.

On my screen some areas were too dark, wich can be very irritating in competetive play.

More details on the ground, in Seaside and Dust 2 you can see many small things on the ground.

Add some more props and maybe make lighting a bit better, overall thats all you need.
