Ai nodes will not show up.
I restarted G-mod, Steam and my PC multiple times, but I just cannot have the Ai nodes working or showing at all

You can try to force them to regenerate, head to garrysmod/garrysmod/maps/graphs and delete the megastruct.ain files, on map restart you'll get the message "Node AI Graph out of date. Rebuilding..." takes a few seconds.

For the Nav_Mesh I have a special addon which adds support to the map.
