I tried to host this map on one of my dedicated server and was unable to use any of the custom commands. I tried typing them in the chat, using the remote console or typing them directly in the console but nothing worked. Even if the map is still usable there's no way to customize the gaming experience...
I think the error might be comming from this :"exec: couldn't exec squid_game_server" but i can't find anyone else having this problem...
