This problem has been in the mod for a while now, and it has another discussion thread about this problem. For now a good fix is to use console commands to spawn the ink blights in (look below for instructions if you don’t know how). I’ll add a comment to the original discussion to try and notify the dev of the issue.

Instructions:
Press the “~” key on your keyboard (near top left) and type: c_spawn(“shadowthrall_[hands/horns/wings/mouth]”)
Each word in the brackets is for a different ink blight, if you unsure which check the wiki for more details.
This method won’t get you the dreadstone outcrop, but it’s fine for the void cloth.
