Unable to find Ancient Vaults?
Heyo,

I've started with a fluid Ideologin and chose Transhumanist for it ander later on added Isolationist, ever since (4 ingame years) I've been interrogating prisoners on a daily base to find my first Ancient Vault but the interrogation only keeps failing.

Any tips?

Not how that works. You either have to get it as a quest, from an ancient broadcast station, or as ritual reward (not sure on the third one jut a guess cuz it makes sense)

Exactly how that works, you're mixing up Ancient Vaults and Ancient Complexes
