Just sorta sent people into the void of nothing.
[edit] so after reading another thread, I learned it's actually just a wishing well kinda mechanic, you chuck stuff in and get some random stuff back.
Now I gotta figure out how to mitigate the toxic fallout sneaking into the vault, which doesn't make much sense (specifically the pollution one)
