So if you play with trainer cards you might be familiar with the team rocket card. its ability allows you to flat out steal other people's pokemon. but lets say its early game where some one only has 1 pokemon and you go over and steal there only mon. are they just out of the game? they cant get new pokemon cuz they cant at that point.
