Actually IV AND EV are implemented and working but they are hidden, there isn't a way to check them now. Their impact may not be as big and noticeable as in the main games though.
But there aren't any breeding mechanic associated with IV

Alright, Will it be visible in the future tho? And maybe once the mod is a bit further in development you could add things that will make IV and EV more usefull and aswell make breeding a part of the IV and EV system.
