Do raiders use mons as well?
As my pawns build up a larger collection of stronger and stronger mons so far raiders have not been able to stand a chance.

Do they also eventually use mons as well?

Only with the Giddy-Up mod or other mods that enable raids to include animals. Be careful as Giddy-Up is known to cause issues with other mods like inventory or HUD mods.
